Chicken and Bacon Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients:

- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons jelly
- 4 slices white bread, torn into small pieces
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked corn
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked pinto beans
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, mozzarella, tuna, mayonnaise, peanut butter, jelly, bread, milk, broccoli, corn, bananas, spinach, orange juice, flour, eggs, cornstarch, rice, pinto beans, sour cream, apple juice, bacon, and hash browns.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, salt, pepper, baking soda, baking powder, and chocolate chips.

4. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the top.

5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
