Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 8 ounces of your favorite pasta
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
3. In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the bell peppers, onion, olives, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the broccoli and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
6. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Pour in the milk and stir to combine.
7. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with the shredded cheese.
8. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Serve warm and enjoy!
