Chicken and Broccoli Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Place the chicken cubes on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli florets and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
4. Add the cooked rice and chicken cubes to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until everything is heated through.
5. Serve the chicken and broccoli rice bowl warm. Enjoy!
