Make Chicken and Broccoli Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
5. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until slightly tender.
6. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and sesame oil.
7. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture in the skillet.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
