Chicken and Cheese Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ onion, diced
- ½ tomato, diced
Instructions:
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Cut the chicken into small cubes and add to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and onion and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, pepper, and tomato.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir to combine.
6. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
7. Serve the omelette warm. Enjoy!
