Make Chicken and Cheese Pasta
Recipe Name: Chicken and Cheese Pasta
Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs
- 100g cheese, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Salt, to taste
- 250g pasta
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the grated cheese. Set aside.
3. In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
4. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
5. Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
7. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the pasta and quickly stir to combine. The heat from the pasta will cook the eggs and create a creamy sauce.
8. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
