Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:

-12 jumbo pasta shells
-1 cup cooked white rice
-1 cup cooked, diced chicken
-1 cup shredded cheese
-2 eggs, lightly beaten
-1 tomato, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-1/2 cup diced onion
-1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, cheese, eggs, tomato, garlic, pepper, onion, and salt.

4. Stuff each shell with the chicken and cheese mixture.

5. Place stuffed shells in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and shells are heated through.

7. Serve and enjoy!
