Chicken and Corn Potato Bake


- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup of frozen corn
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Place the cubed potatoes in a large baking dish.

3. Add the frozen corn and chicken cubes to the baking dish.

4. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes, corn, and chicken.

5. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika over the top.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is cooked through.

8. Serve and enjoy!
