Chicken and Cottage Cheese Noodle Bake
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of egg noodles
- 2 cups of cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
4. Add cooked noodles to the bowl and mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
5. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the noodle mixture into the dish.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
