Chicken and Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons chopped chilies
- 2 tablespoons chopped noodles
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the onion and tomato and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
4. Push the chicken and vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked, about 2 minutes.
5. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
6. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, green onions, cilantro, garlic, ginger, chilies, and noodles. Stir to combine.
7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
