Make Chicken and Egg Fried Rice
Recipe Name: Chicken and Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup of cooked pasta (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until it is no longer pink, then remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until they are soft and fragrant.
4. Push the onion and garlic to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through.
5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir everything together, breaking up any clumps of rice.
6. Season with salt to taste and add the cooked pasta if using, mixing well to combine.
7. Finally, add the cooked chicken back to the pan and stir everything together until heated through.
