Make Chicken and Egg Fried Rice
Recipe Name: Chicken and Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup cooked pasta (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
4. Add the diced tomato to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until softened.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix everything together.
6. Season with salt to taste and add the cooked pasta if using.
7. Stir everything together and cook for another few minutes until heated through.
