Chicken and Egg Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
2 tablespoons of chicken spread
2 eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup of diced onion
1/4 cup of diced tomato

Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread chicken spread on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Crack eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook eggs until desired doneness is reached.
5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine onion and tomato.
6. Once eggs are cooked, place them on one slice of bread.
7. Top with onion and tomato mixture.
8. Place the other slice of bread on top.
9. Cut in half and serve.
