Make Chicken and Egg Stir-Fry

Recipe Name: Chicken and Egg Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped green onions and sesame seeds

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

4. Add the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.

5. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the empty side. Allow the eggs to cook for a few seconds until they start to set, then scramble them gently with a spatula until fully cooked.

6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix it with the vegetables and eggs.

7. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.

8. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

9. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

10. Serve the Chicken and Egg Stir-Fry hot with steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy!
