Make Chicken and Egg Stir-Fry
Recipe Name: Chicken and Egg Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
5. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet with the vegetables and eggs. Stir to combine.
6. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the chicken and egg mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
7. Serve the chicken and egg stir-fry over cooked rice.
