Make Chicken and Egg Stir-Fry
Recipe Name: Chicken and Egg Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the sliced onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic until they are tender.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked.
5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix everything together.
6. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and let it cook for another minute.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
8. Serve the chicken and egg stir-fry hot with steamed rice or noodles.
