Make Chicken and Egg Stir-Fry
Recipe Name: Chicken and Egg Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add the beaten eggs and scramble them until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add sesame oil and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
5. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
6. Add the bell pepper slices and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Return the scrambled eggs to the skillet and mix everything together.
9. Serve the chicken and egg stir-fry hot over cooked rice.
