Make Chicken and Egg Stir-Fry
Recipe: Chicken and Egg Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken breasts and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the wok and add a little more oil if needed.
4. Add the beaten eggs to the empty side of the wok and scramble until cooked.
5. Mix the chicken and eggs together in the wok.
6. Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper to the wok and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
10. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken and Egg Stir-Fry!
