Make Chicken and Egg Stuffed Bread
Recipe Name: Chicken and Egg Stuffed Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 4 slices of milk bread
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
3. Add the diced tomato and shredded chicken to the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then pour them into the pan with the chicken mixture. Cook until the eggs are fully cooked.
5. Cut the tops off the milk bread slices and hollow out the center to create a pocket.
6. Stuff each bread slice with the chicken and egg mixture.
7. Place the stuffed bread slices on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and golden brown.
