Make Chicken and Egg Toast
Chicken and Egg Toast
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of chicken
- 2 slices of toast
- Juice of your choice
Instructions:
1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Place the chicken slices in the skillet and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are still slightly runny, about 3 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, toast the bread slices in a toaster or in the oven until golden brown.
6. Place the chicken slices on top of the toast slices and top with the cooked eggs.
7. Serve with a glass of juice. Enjoy!
