Chicken and Egg Tomato Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease an 8x8 baking dish and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until combined.
4. Add chicken, tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.
6. Sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are cooked through.
8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
