Make Chicken and Gnocchi Skillet

Ingredients:
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the sliced red bell pepper and cherry tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in the dried basil, salt, and pepper.
5. Add the gnocchi to the skillet and stir to combine with the chicken and vegetables.
6. Cover the skillet and let the mixture simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until the gnocchi is cooked through.
7. Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
