Chicken and Green Pea Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup green peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Add the green peas and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the peas are heated through.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the chicken and green pea stir-fry hot over cooked rice.
