Make Chicken and Mozzarella Spaghetti
Chicken and Mozzarella Spaghetti
Ingredients:
-1 lb. spaghetti
-2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1/4 cup butter
-1/4 cup chopped onion
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
5. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and stir to combine.
7. Add the heavy cream and stir to combine.
8. Add the mozzarella cheese and stir to combine.
9. Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
10. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
11. Serve warm. Enjoy!
