Chicken and Mushroom Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cooked pasta
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked beans
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken. Cook until chicken is cooked through, about 8 minutes.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, onion, garlic, pasta, rice, beans, potatoes, and mushrooms.

4. Add the cooked chicken to the bowl and mix to combine.

5. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the mixture into the dish.

6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is cooked through.

7. Serve warm and enjoy!
