Make Chicken and Mushroom Spaghetti

Chicken and Mushroom Spaghetti

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Add the mushrooms, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Add the chicken and olives and cook for 5 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.

6. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the chicken and mushroom mixture. Stir to combine.

7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
