Recipe Name: Chicken and Onion Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
5. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the chicken and onion stir-fry hot over cooked rice.
