Chicken and Pasta in Red Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 pound of your favorite pasta
- 1 jar of your favorite red sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions.
3. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook the chicken until it is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
6. Add the red sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.
7. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
8. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet.
9. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
10. Serve the chicken and pasta in red sauce with additional salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
