Chicken and Pea Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the frozen green peas and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
4. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked through.
5. Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
