Make Chicken and Pepper Pasta

Recipe Name: Chicken and Pepper Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink in the center.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the peppers are slightly softened.
4. Pour in the can of diced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
6. Serve the chicken and pepper pasta hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
