Chicken and Potato Bake

Ingredients:

- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 cups of spinach, chopped
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Place the potatoes in a greased baking dish.

3. Top with the diced chicken, tomato, avocado, and spinach.

4. Pour the milk over the top.

5. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Serve and enjoy!
