Chicken and Potato Stew

Ingredients:
- 2 frozen chicken breasts
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, add the chicken breasts and cover with the chicken broth.

2. Bring the broth to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

3. Add the potatoes, carrots, and onion to the pot and simmer for another 15 minutes.

4. Add the frozen peas and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

5. Remove the chicken breasts from the pot and shred them with two forks.

6. Return the shredded chicken to the pot and stir to combine.

7. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

8. Serve the stew hot. Enjoy!
