Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
-1 onion, diced
-1 pepper, diced
-1 teaspoon of salt
-2 cups of uncooked rice
-2 cups of cooked, diced chicken
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and pepper to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
3. Add the salt, rice, and chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
4. Pour in 2 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
