Chicken and Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
-1 lb. chicken breast, cut into cubes
-1 cup uncooked rice
-1 cup wheat
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon paprika
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes, rice, wheat, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
3. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
