Make Chicken and Rice Bowl
Chicken and Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 slices of bread, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and hot sauce.
3. Place the chicken breasts in the egg mixture and coat evenly.
4. Place the flour in a separate shallow bowl.
5. Dip the chicken breasts in the flour and coat evenly.
6. Place the crumbled bread in a shallow bowl.
7. Dip the chicken breasts in the bread crumbs and coat evenly.
8. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
10. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions.
11. To assemble the bowls, divide the cooked rice between two bowls.
12. Top each bowl with a cooked chicken breast.
13. Serve and enjoy!
