Make Chicken and Rice Bowl
Chicken and Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup diced potatoes
- 2 slices of bread, toasted
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place the diced potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, diced tomato, diced cucumber, and diced onion.
4. Mix the ingredients together until evenly combined.
5. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
6. Top each bowl with the toasted bread slices.
7. Serve and enjoy!
