Chicken and Rice Casserole


- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, onion, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

4. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.

5. Serve and enjoy!
