Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cooked pasta

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, eggs, cheese, onion, pepper, garlic, tomato, and salt.

3. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the mixture into it.

4. Top with cooked pasta.

5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is cooked through.

6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
