Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, eggs, cheese, onion, pepper, pasta, tomato, garlic, and rice.
3. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is cooked through.
5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
