Make Chicken and Rice Casserole
Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 slices of bread, crumbled
- 1 cup crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika spice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked pasta
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, eggs, rice, cheese, salt, bread, crackers, pickles, sugar, paprika spice, and soy sauce. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
4. Pour the chicken and rice mixture into the baking dish. Spread the cooked pasta over the top.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is cooked through.
6. Serve with a glass of orange juice and a cup of hot tea. Enjoy!
