Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup tomato sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

3. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, carrots, spinach, milk, and eggs. Mix until ingredients are well combined.

4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

5. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top of the casserole.

6. Pour tomato sauce over the top of the casserole.

7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until casserole is golden brown and bubbly.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
