Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
-2 cups cooked white rice
-2 cups cooked, diced chicken
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-1 cup diced bell peppers
-1/2 cup chicken broth
-1/4 cup butter
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon paprika
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, bell peppers, and cheese.
4. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
5. Add chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
6. Pour the butter mixture over the rice mixture and stir to combine.
7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
