Make Chicken and Rice Casserole

Recipe Name: Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
5. Stir in the rice, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well.
6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and cover with foil.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the chicken is tender.
8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
