Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
-2 cups cooked white rice
-2 cups cooked, diced chicken
-1/2 cup ketchup
-1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice and chicken.
3. Add the ketchup and mix until everything is evenly coated.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
5. In a small bowl, beat the egg and pour it over the top of the casserole.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
