Make Chicken and Rice Casserole
Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 cups of cooked, diced chicken
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, cooked chicken, and cooked onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
