Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced carrot
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups cooked pasta

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, celery, carrot, onion, garlic, cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

4. Pour the chicken and rice mixture into the baking dish.

5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

6. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.

7. Once the casserole is done baking, remove it from the oven and top with the cooked pasta.

8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

9. Serve hot. Enjoy!
