Make Chicken and Rice Stir-Fry

Recipe Name: Chicken and Rice Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 lb of chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: vegetables of your choice (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the onion is soft and translucent.
5. If using vegetables, add them to the skillet and cook until slightly tender.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
7. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet and stir to combine.
8. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir everything together until well mixed.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken and Rice Stir-Fry!
