Make Chicken and Rice Stir Fry

Recipe Name: Chicken and Rice Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 lb of chicken breast, diced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: vegetables of your choice (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the onion is softened.
5. If using vegetables, add them to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
7. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir everything together until well combined.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious chicken and rice stir fry!
