Chicken and Rice with Green Beans

Ingredients:

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cups of long-grain white rice
- 2 cups of green beans
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions.

4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the green beans and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Once the chicken is cooked, cut into cubes and add to the skillet with the green beans. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

6. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

7. Serve the chicken and rice with green beans. Enjoy!
