Recipe Name: Chicken and Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed and sauté the chopped onion, sliced bell pepper, and minced garlic until softened.
4. Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to break down and release their juices.
5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
6. Push the tomato mixture to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
7. Mix the scrambled eggs into the tomato mixture, then add the cooked chicken back to the skillet.
8. Add the cooked pasta and rice to the skillet, stirring everything together until well combined.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired.
